Community Guidelines

ImmersiVerse OS is a creative platform built for entertainment professionals and aspiring creators. These guidelines exist to ensure the community remains a safe, respectful, and inspiring environment for everyone. By using the Platform, you agree to abide by these guidelines.

1. Respect Others

Treat every member of the community with dignity and respect. This includes:

• Engaging in constructive feedback and collaboration
• Respecting diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and creative styles
• Avoiding personal attacks, harassment, intimidation, or bullying in any form
• Not impersonating other creators, public figures, or ImmersiVerse staff

2. Original Content

We celebrate originality. When creating and sharing content on ImmersiVerse OS:

• Only upload or submit content you own or have the right to use
• Do not plagiarize or copy the work of others without proper authorization
• Credit collaborators and sources where applicable
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others, including trademarks and copyrights

3. AI Content Disclosure

Transparency about AI involvement in content creation is essential:

• Clearly label content that is substantially generated or enhanced by AI when publishing outside the Platform
• Do not present AI-generated content as fully human-created in contexts where the distinction matters
• Be transparent with audiences about the role of AI in your creative process
• Do not use AI to create deceptive or misleading content designed to trick audiences

4. No Hate Speech

ImmersiVerse OS has zero tolerance for hate speech. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Slurs, derogatory language, or coded language intended to demean groups or individuals
• Content that glorifies or incites real-world violence
• Symbols, imagery, or rhetoric associated with hate groups or extremist ideologies

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Respect copyright and intellectual property at all times:

• Do not upload, distribute, or use copyrighted material without permission from the rights holder
• Do not use the Platform to create unauthorized derivative works of protected intellectual property
• If you believe your copyright has been infringed, file a notice through our DMCA Policy
• Repeat copyright infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

• Use the in-app reporting tools to flag content for review
• Provide as much detail as possible, including links and screenshots
• Do not engage in vigilante enforcement or public shaming; let the moderation team handle reports

All reports are reviewed by our Trust and Safety team and treated confidentially.

7. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in one or more of the following actions, depending on severity:

• Warning: A formal notice that your content or behavior violates our guidelines
• Content Removal: Offending content may be removed without notice
• Temporary Suspension: Your account may be temporarily restricted from creating, publishing, or interacting
• Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the Platform
• Legal Action: In cases involving illegal activity, we may report the matter to law enforcement

We reserve the right to take action at our discretion. Appeals may be submitted to Justin@immersiverseos.com within 14 days of the enforcement action.
